Refunds/Returns (if applicable)
We will only accept returned items, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. If you want a refund for an item that you purchased from Farmhouse Frocks send your item back to 65 West Jackson Street Millersburg, Ohio 44654 with a detailed letter explaining the reason that you're returning. We will NOT accept any items for returns or refunds that are laundered, have a distinct smell, are stained, used, worn, or not in the EXACT condition as when you received the item. All sales are final with jewelry, unless your item was defected once you received the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your item is rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only accept exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to: 65 W. We will NOT accept any items for exchanges that are laundered, have a distinct smell, are stained, used, worn, or not in the EXACT condition as when you received the item.
